Model Penny Lancaster Stewart has been announced as ambassador for the Mayor's Fund for London campaign, Penny for London, which aims to improve the life chances of young Londoners from disadvantaged backgrounds.

By registering a contactless debit or credit card, people can donate one penny or more each day they travel around London. Lancaster Stewart commented 'I am delighted to be Penny for London's first ambassador. It is such a wonderful and original scheme, that can really make a huge difference to so many children from disadvantaged backgrounds in our city'.
